Tutto perfetto, camera pulita, staff gentilissimo Il ristorante è ottimo noi abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti e abbiamo sempre cenato li perchè era tutto buonissimo! E la vista a dir poco incantevole!!!! Ci tornerei sicuramente!

Se proprio dovessi dare un consiglio, forse metterei le doppie finestre sul lato strada nelle camere perché i camion che passano la notte possono svegliare durante il sonno, ma per il resto niente da dire!

Una struttura molto bella con affaccio e vista davvero spettacolare sulla campagna circostante. Grande gentilezza e accoglienza della titolare e dello staff, ottima pulizia e grandezza della quadrupla e colazione abbondante e variegata. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene.

Lage mit Fernblick, Parkplätze am Haus sehr freundliches Personal auch Dt. u engl. sprachig Das Essen im Restaurant am Abend exzellent!!

Kein Bus in die Stadt. Parkplätze 1 bis 3 in Spoleto aber gut zu finden.

Schöne Lage oberhalb der Stadt. Sehr ruhig , sauber und ansprechend gestaltet. Das Bett fand ich bequem. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte ein leckeres Abendessen auf der Terasse zu angemessem Preis. Auch das Frühstück war gut. Wer zu Fuß anreist (Franziskusweg), sollte allerdings ein bisschen Kraft für den Anstieg übrig haben oder vom Zentrum ein Taxi oder Bus nehmen Lobnt die Mühe.
