"Was toch wel een teleurstelling die met vooraf duidelijke communicatie was te voorkomen."

Vriendelijke dame bij het ontbijt.

Helaas was het zwembad bezet door een kinderfeestje. Dit is opgelost door een beetje korting. Het koste alleen wat discussie. Zeker met de vriendin van de eigenaar, die kan duidelijk nog een training gebruiken hoe met klanten om te gaan. De dame van de receptie dacht wel mee.

C'era un matrimonio e musica alta oltre l'una di notte. Me lo hanno comunicato non all'atto della prenotazione e del pagamento ma solo il giorno prima di arrivare. Non l'ho trovato corretto
