Maris Hotel Nha Trang

Location was great. It was just a few minutes walk to the beach area and less than a kilometre to the agarwood tower. There were lots of food places nearby and even a massage/spa area below the hotel premise. Great selection of breakfast buffet for its price. Lovely hospitality from the staff. Rooms were comfy and bathroom was good too.

The location is convenient which close to Vincom Plaza, with plenty of massage shops, mini mart and restaurants within walking distance. The female staff were friendly and helpful, though the male staff member with glasses was not as welcoming. The hotel lobby also has a weighing scale available for guests to check their luggage weight before departure.

The hotel entrance is only accessible via stairs, with no ramp available, which made it inconvenient and difficult to carry heavy items or luggage. The soundproofing was poor and I could clearly hear other guests talking, laughing, and banging their doors. The breakfast options were limited, and the egg station didn’t offer scrambled eggs or omelette. I stayed on level 7 during my trip, and the corridor lighting was very dim, which gave off a rather eerie and unsettling vibe. I did appreciate the room upgrade to one with a sea view; however, it came at the cost of losing the bathtub, which was included in the original room I booked.

Great facilities (except for the gym which could really use some more equipment), extremely close to the beach (staff gives you free towels), huge choice of breakfast options. Rooms are spacious, clean and beds are really comfortable. The room with partial ocean view is REALLY partial, so don’t expect to see sunsets or sunrises from the comfort of your room. Rooms could also really use remote for the AC.

This hotel is fabulous for numerous reasons. The rooms are kept to a high standard. Staff very friendly. Breakfast open from 0600 to 0930 and great choice. Very cheap laundry service if you take it directly to basement level. £2 for 2kgs . We locked safe by accident and within 5 minutes they unlocked it. I said I didn’t like heights and could they lock the balcony door as on 20th floor. I wanted a suite so limited floor choice.within 5 minutes two handymen arrived and locked the balcony door. Booking directly was great value.

Clean comfortable hotel in the tourist quarter of Nha Trang. Busy outside nut quiet inside. Extensive breakfast, though more oriented on Asian cuisine. Price quality is excellent.

New hotel, great location, 2 min walk to the beach. Excellent breakfast selection. Good bedding and towels.

All good, just the bathtub design makes water spill and pool slightly around the edges. Room size smaller than average but all else great.

Modern, new and clean, very good location, centric to beach close. Buffet bkf was varied and average high quality. Beds comfy, amazing value for money
