"It was a very disappointing experience. I paid INR 4032 for one night stay but it was not worth it."

The hotel facilities and furnishings were of very low quality and very poorly maintained. I did not opt for breakfast so I cannot given any feedback.

The chair in the room was broken. The wash basin had a big crack. The glasses they provided in the room were of plastic. My wife almost broke her back when she fell from the broken chair.

"Delighted stay at Bloom-Jammu"

Staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Both night and day staff were fresh and helpful, with the bonus of knowing English. A The complimentary items are on call and delivered promptly. Being next to Mc Donalds was great cause we woke up after Breakfast. Hotel isn't strict and allows outside food. Additional bed charges aren't excessive and rooms are comfortable. Smart TVs are available, just need to log into your Netflix or Prime The hotel is smart, but certain areas are in need of an upgrade.

A bit of a smell in the bathroom and we had a shower curtain vs door, but at the excellent price, we didnt mind. Area wise, No uber or tuc-Tuc allowed in the street only cab service

"Nice and cozy place"

Nice place, beautiful and tidy, clean and cozy, near to shops and mc donals

Hotel staff didnt know much english, if it wanst for my friend who is indian it would have been more difficult to comuncate with staff
