Good location. Washing machine.

I booked this apartment for a client for three weeks. On arrival it was clear this was the first time it had been let. First night - no sheets or towels. They arrived the next day. Had to make his own bed. Poorly equipped kitchen with only one big pasta pot and a frying pan. No kettle or small saucepan. Property manager suggested using the pasta pot to heat a cup of water or milk for coffee or tea. Speaking of coffee - there was a pod machine but no adapter to plug it into the wall. No pods or tea bags to welcome guests. No instructions for the pod machine such as what type of pods to use!!! Changes of linen had to be paid for. The property managers (Barbar House) are only interested in doing the bare minimum with no attention to detail to create a welcoming environment. When I complained they quoted policy back at me. The bed is on a mezzanine. There is a steep ladder to climb to get to the bed and unless you are very short it is not possible to stand by the bed. This apartment was poorly conceived and prepared. NOT recommended for anything more than one or two days at the MOST, and then only if you can't find anything else, and definitely not for a long stay. It was not a good experience for my client Michael.

The location itself and Anastasia (the lady who transfers the apartment) do not save this place. There was no air conditioning and because it was cold outside in the apartment was 16 degrees C. Duvets smelled of damp and musty. The light above the mirror in the bathroom caused a short circuit and knocked out the plugs. The toilet seat is barely held on by one screw. The broken glass door of the shower is difficult to close, fear that it will fall apart. Poor place.
