The breakfast was fine and the place was very clean. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

First of all, only stay here if you need to be near the train station. There is nothing else to recommend being in this part of Bari; it's walkable to the old part of town but it's not picturesque. The place is on a side street and despite what the listing says, it does not have free parking available unless you would consider street parking in NYC or San Francisco to be free parking (good luck finding a spot). There is a paid garage right across the street for 20 Euros. Second, the manager/owner is not there when you arrive but sends you the code to get in the doors and find your own room -- rather cold. He is there to serve breakfast in the morning but he didn't really communicate with us. Third, the room we stayed in and the 2 others on the first floor had no windows to the outside, so it's like renting an interior room that could be anywhere in any building. Lastly, the AC in our room was definitely not working. It seemed warm so I set it for 20 degrees C (68 F) and it never moved the temp below 24 (75 F). When I mentioned this to the manager, he just said, "it feels okay to me." I am stunned by all of the high ratings of this place. Would never have stayed here if they were accurate.

Donatello was very friendly helpful. He helped to arrange the taxi to the airport at 5:00am. We booked a day trip tour which started at 8:30am. Marianne came early to make us coffee and served some pastries. When we returned, we were surprised to find our room neat and tidy with beds made. We loved the service.

The pavement of the street leading to the apartment had seen its days. Must watch one's steps carefully.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Diamora Fantasia Charme B&B. Our suite (Margherita) was spacious and well appointed. Donatello is a very helpful host.

10 minute walk from train station - they try very hard to satisfy guests - the rooms, as often should be expected in Europe, are small, The shower was functional - supplied items such as shampoo and soap were very small. Breakfast was good - warm rolls, fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee.

The B&B is definitely simplistic. You are lucky to get your room cleaned and a box of Kleenex Breakfast is minimal. There is no one during the day that can answer questions or make suggestions for your trip. Thumbs down for this accommodation

Location close to train and bus station. About 2km from historic centre - a lovely walk from new to old. Host was excellent and apt very clean. Great for a two night stay. Continental Breakfast good and included
