Upon arriving at the apartment, the door was locked and there were no instructions that had been sent to allow access to the building and the apartment. So the first night I had to stay on a friend's couch to sleep. When I arrived the next day, the manager told me she had sent instructions but had an incorrect cell # for me. She had a correct e-mail but did not send instructions on how to enter to it. I'm seeking a refund for the first night. Otherwise the property and furnishing were fine.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est face à la mer. Le logement est très agréable et équipé (en duplex). Commerce a proximité (boulangerie, restaurant..). Nous avons hâte de revenir...

Exactly like the listing! Amazing seaside views! Bit of road noise is more than offset by great location! Totally worth it! Great for family of 4-6!

Location & ocean view 5/5. That’s where excellence ends. Apartment looked clean & well kept, but immediately saw there was not 1 king bed & 2 queen beds as in description on hotels.com. Actually 2 queen beds & a pull-out couch. Had known that, would not have booked this apartment. It made trip extremely uncomfortable. One of my daughters had to sleep on couch in living/kitchen area. She woke up early every day to loud Nespresso machine. We could not sit on couch & relax. Beds aside, there were safety issues. On 2nd night, opened up a closet. There was a flash of light & popping noise. Apparently electrical breaker blew & electricity to half of apartment went out. No AC that night & no refrigerator. We threw out expensive food & had difficulty sleeping due to heat. We reported issue next morning. No one answered emergency line for over an hour. Over 2 hours to respond after that. Electricity went out an additional 2 times. We switched breaker each time ourselves. Definite safety issue. Looked at what had sparked & was taped together. Probably not 1st time for this issue. Stairs are dangerous. Hard slippery stone construction with no railing. Long time to get hot water in shower, didn’t drain well & water pressure abysmal. Apartment sparsely stocked. Given 2 partial rolls of toilet paper for 5 people for 4 nights. Shampoo dispenser was empty after 1 use. Not enough pillows. Oven dial to adjust temperature broken. Had to use a tool to turn oven on.

This place is great.

Great for our family needs
