Limpio y ordenado, personal del hotel muy amables y siempre con buena disposición para ayudar

Hôtel parfaitement entretenu avec un staff très disponible et sympathique ! Petit déjeuner copieux, complet et à volonté. Chambre petite mais propre avec double vitrage, bonne literie et douche chaude. Hôtel bien situé du côté du village où il y a la vraie vie des locaux avec tous les commerces nécessaires et plus éloigné des bars et restaurants trop touristiques !

Il faudrait mettre du vrai jus de fruit au petit déjeuner car celui qui est servit est chimique et pas bon...et quelques clients bruyants.

Very nice and accommodating staff The accomodation was simple but comfortable with hot shower and breakfast included. Room was a bit small but overall highly recommended if you’re only staying for one or two nights. And well located a few blocks from the train

Small room with not much storage or places to hang wet towel or coat

Habitación correcta, un poco oscura, porque en Aguas Calientes son muy estrechas las calles y entra poca luz. Desayuno correcto: huevo duro, mermelada, pan, café, té y fruta. Ubicación cerca del rio y de la estación de tren. Personal amable y facilitador.

La poca intimidad si teníamos la cortina abierta porque está cerca del edificio de enfrente.

As you get off the train take the back exit from station up some stairs and you are immediately in front of the hotel. Everything in town is super walkable so easy place to be in. Once you arrive you pay in soles and then they walk you to your room and provide complimentary water. Breakfast was also included which was great fruits to get you ready for the morning in Machu Picchu. Being able to leave our luggage was great. Bed was a true king bed and we had our own private bathroom.
