WoodSpring Suites Bellflower - Los Angeles

I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. Upon entering the bathroom, I found a dirty rag left behind, which immediately raised concerns about the overall cleaning standards. Additionally, the sink was clogged, making it difficult to use and adding to the inconvenience. Did not even get a partial refund this hotel is a joke..

Hice una reservación y no pude llegar temprano, llegué a las 11 de la noche y no había nadie, la oficina estaba cerrada y no pude hacer check-in y tuve que agarrar otro hotel, mal servicio. Cierran muy temprano la oficina y no está bien eso.

The place and surrounding itself feels unsafe!

Staff was gone after we checked in. They locked up the office. Very odd. Didn't feel safe at this hotel

Friendly front desk, everything is nice and clean

My stay here was good overall. Just a few minor things to point out: *bed was very squeaky *pillows are too small/need more than 2 *very thin blanket for the bed *no shampoo or conditioner offered *no daily room service to provide fresh towels or remove trash *no access to open or close blinds *4th floor elevator down button was broken *multiple people outside in the parking area all hours of the night

I’m sorry this was a very poor hotel to stay at it did feel a little unsafe not enough staffing and our wasn’t even ready until 5ish the beds we beyond terrible very uncomfortable and the metal bed frames was the worse I would not recommend non stay at this hotel ever again
