SEA ECHO APPARTMENT MOTEL

Beautiful property. The room was amazing and had ALL of the extras. The staff were very accommodating and kind. Our family really enjoyed the experience and would love to stay here again. Thank you to the great owners and staff.

Great location and brand new apartment

Location was good! Price was good! Everything we needed was within walking distance. Beach, restaurants, drug store were all within walking distance.

There was nothing NOT to like! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

Stayed at the Sea Echo before. Clean and well equipped rooms. There's beach chair's and blanket in rooms. In the kitchen, you will find coffee sugar dish soap. Some cans of soda & a couple of waters. Also a bottle of 🍷 wine awaiting its guess.

What not to like ?

Location is perfect and manager is very attentive and helpful. The room had everything you could ask for, including beach seats, umbrellas and cooler!

The rooms were super clean and the property was very up to date on the inside

My only complaint would be the person above us was very very noisy at all hours of the night and we were woken several times by him

There was so much wrong bullet points will be easiest. 1. Our floor was so dirty my husband walked from the kitchen to the bathroom and his feet were black. We mopped the kitchen 3 times and the water was black they had to come clean it. 2. Our mop didn’t even work right and we ran out of swiffer cleaning solution when the employee cleaned and was told we’d get a working mop bucket and a refill and nothing. 3. We asked for toilet paper Friday, we left Tuesday and never received it we had to go buy some. Nobody is there working on the weekends. 4. The girl above room 1 lives there, so be prepared to get woken up as she stomps to get ready for work at 6:30 in the morning and door slams when she gets home from partying on the weekends. 5. The girl above room 1 also has a terrifying guard dog so alllll you hear is that dog running around as well. 6. The kitchen has the most random assortment of things we had to go buy a whisk, spatula, strainer and tongs. 7. The employees bike got stolen but the cameras don’t work so they had no footage. And our window wouldn’t lock and we were told it would get addressed and well it sure didn’t. 8. You can hear everything. If the air is off you can hear every single word your neighbors say. 9. The only positive is the employee who works there was so kind and nice. 10. The tub didn’t drain he had to come unclog it 11. If you wanna sit outside bring cleaner cause the chairs are just coated in bird poop.
