SEA ECHO APPARTMENT MOTEL

The owner and his wife were wonderful. Location was ideal and the size of the rooms were nice.

The gentlemen who did the cleaning of the rooms was very nice but made us feel like we were being pushed out of our room on the day of checkout. Came at 930 to collect all the towels and asked for the sheets from our bed as well. Then came back at 10 to ask if he could put the sheets on the bed for the next client. In addition we had rented a two bedroom which was two connecting rooms . Our older son and family left a day before us and he came in cleaned the room for the next guest coming in the next day and we had paid for the room for that night as well. Owner was not aware of it to the best of my knowledge.

Joe is a wonderful host and his motel is modern, clean and an absolute gem in Fort Lauderdale. I highly recommend.

The property was very clean & well maintained. The location is prime and the room had ample space

I didn’t like that I had to leave the property so soon. I’ll be back very soon!

Location, very close to the ocean, they have everything we need it, complementary bottle of wine, pop, beer and water, everything was great!

Clean. Staff was excellent and accommodated early check in. Had complementary wine beer and soda.

Mattress was old and tub drained slowly.

Spacious, bright, clean, well supplied apartment across from the beach and within easy walking distance to many restaurants. Bottle of wine, few beers, bottled water and soda left for guests.

Yellow discoloration of the tap water, most evident in the toilet and bath. Didn’t know if it was safe for cooking or drinking. Don’t know if this was an issue specific to the apartment or an area-wide issue in the water quality. A up front note to the guests regarding this issue would have been appreciated.
