The staff is very friendly and approachable

Owners need to look at reviews and not think they are doing a favour to guests

I had to request toilet roll and towel twice. Room 4 television had 1 channel and couldn't reduce the TV volume. No bath mat. Asked if I could get breakfast there were no supplies. At times noone at Reception. Washed in cold shower 3 days. Rooms were cleaned everyday highlighted my concerns and worries to the staff hopefully they will improve. Another guest came asking for a towel and was given a wet one to dry in his room. One time solar panels were not working slept with a noisy generator all night. Got picked from the airport which was great as I felt safe. The owners need to look at reviews all the time to improve a good property they have. They need to provide or spray airfresners after cleaning. They could do with a washing machine dryer as the weather changes and we need towels. I would stay there but they need to improve on those things I have highlighted. There are no restaurants nearby except 2 supermarkets crossing a very busy unsafe road as tge hotel is in residential area. The wanted cash guests should be given an option to pay by card or cash as they do not always have change for higher notes. You can't take dirty money back to Europe or the USA

The place was okay quite and nice but we couldn't get some foot mates and drying towels after bathing

Cosy ,clean and quite.Staff is friendly ,had a great experience in January and my family also had a great time recently when they visited….keep up the good work.

The place is quiet and easy to access other places like shops etc. I don't like the service of staff, for the 5 days I stayed there they didn't come and change sheets from the bed.

The property was clean inside and outside. Excellent customer service 👍

Very clean property

They should put electrical kettle,cup and tea in the rooms. They should learn the stick to the booking alignments made and noticed staffs on duty of the booking. Put electrical irons in the rooms. And the WiFi words written somewhere in the rooms
