Neu renoviertes Zimmer mit Bad in einem alten Wohngebäude . Schönes ausreichend großes Badezimmer, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die Lage ist für die Besichtigung von Matera sehr gut. Parkplatz direkt bei der Unterkunft gegen Aufpreis von EUR/Tag möglich.. Das Zimmer ist gut beleuchtet und der schlüssellose Zugang mittels Code sehr einfach und angenehm. Für 2-3 Tage Matera-Besichtigung insgesamt absolut o.k.

Leider war bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich, dass es das inkludierte Frühstück nur außer Haus in 2 unterschiedlichen Kaffee's gibt. Einmal hatten beide geschlossen und wir mussten wo anders hingehen und selber bezahlen. Ehrlicher wäre es, die Unterkunft günstiger, aber ohne Frühstück zu verkaufen. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem alten Wohngebäude und man hört absolut jeden Schritt, jedes Wort und jedes Geräusch von den Nachbarn. Gut schläft nur jemand, der nicht geräuschempfindlich ist und sich auf harter (aber neuer) Matratze wohl fühlt.

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä, joustavaa ja täsmällistä. Sijainti oli hyvä, pieni kävely keskustaan. Moottoripyörälle hyvä, turvallinen pihaparkki. Huoneisto erittäin siisti, rauhallisella sijainnilla.
