el staff es muy amable

está localizado en una calle donde no hay alumbrado público, en las noches es peligroso pasar y asaltan muchas personas ahí, no recomiendo ir si van a pie o en bus, solo en carro

Le personnel est très gentil. L'air commun dans le jardin est super! La cuisine est bien équipée, du café et épices sont mis à disposition.

Il n'y a pas de couverture, seulement des draps dans les lits. Notre chambre sentait l'humidité. Comme beaucoup d'endroits, il n'y a pas d'eau chaude pour la douche.

Cama llena de chinches y pulgas . Tengo todo el cuerpo llenísimo de picaduras . Cuando se lo dije a recepción me cambiaron de habitación , pero pienso que todas las camas tienen pulgas. El sitio está muy descuidado y sucio , no tiene nada que ver con las fotos . La ubicación también mala . Y después de saber que me habían picado las pulgas no tuvieron ningún detalle, es más al día siguiente estaba terminando una cosa urgente de trabajo y me insistieron en que tenía que hacer el check out a las 11, muy mal educados. El sitio está muy descuidado porque no trabajan personal de verdad , solo voluntarios . Nada recomendable sobre todo por las pulgas y falta de higiene

One of our favorite hostels. I traveled with my boyfriend this week. The hostel itself is located literally in the jungle, about 6-10 minute walk from the beach. It’s not located in Puerto Viejo itself it’s a bit outside, but we enjoyed the quiet. To get to Puerto we rented bikes (15 min ride) and quads (7 min ride). In the hostel the vibes are great, the owners made everyone feel like family. It was important to them that the place is of high quality- clean, and that you personally feel comfortable! I would love to come again, thank you!!
