We recently had the pleasure of staying at Ratnamouli Palace, Guwahati during Durga Puja celebrations, and it exceeded all expectations! My parents, in their late 50s, felt thoroughly pampered and at home. The hotel's highlight was its impeccable service, particularly when it came to day trips. The staff efficiently packed meals, ensuring convenience and hygiene. Food quality was outstanding, with attention to detail. Ratnamouli Palace served as an ideal base for exploring Shillong and Cherrapunji. Its central location and comfortable rooms made it a perfect retreat. Comfortable clean rooms, good decor of the hotel, breakfast buffet had multiple options for veg and non-veg. Overall food was good as well. It is a very nice property and we had a good time. There a gaming room with PS consoles kept for kids which was a good surprising bonus during the stay.

Overall was good but couple of things which can be considered for improvement - 1. The Gym closes at 7 PM. It should stay open till 9PM or 10PM. 2. The cappuccino machine was out of order for the duration of our stay. There should be at-least 2 coffee machines in such a large hotel.

The pool was excellent, clean and well maintained witht the view Room was very clean
