Too warm as air conditioner not cold

Already confirm booking but staff ask to cancel bcoz of internal problem...promise to refund back money...after 3days no response. I called them and they told me to call booking.com to refund..very inconvenient, even though the hotel problem is not a customer problem.

Quite private location which is far from city noise

smell not good,, use perfume at room the comforter/bad cover have yellow stain

the hotel need to change the fatilities that they write in the app cuz' they don't have any of it. just a body wash in the bathroom.

the noise outside the room and the outside smelly. and they need to change the scent inthe room
