To begin with, the listing did not mention that reaching the rooms requires climbing a significant number of stairs. Secondly, the level of humidity was overwhelming, and the smell was very strong. While it is understandable that the property is located on an island, it is essential that the rooms have proper ventilation, which was not the case here. My partner, who suffers from asthma, became quite unwell, and in my case, I was unable to manage the stairs due to knee problems. We had to cancel our stay, and initially we were told that no refund would be provided. However, as you can see, there were also health and safety concerns. After seeking assistance from Booking.com’s customer service, we were eventually granted a partial refund.

Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamers zijn schoon en kunnen dagelijks schoongemaakt worden maar ik koos voor om de dag. Locatie is top! Scooterverhuur en laundryservice beneden. Supermarkt direct om de hoek. Barber en Salt restaurant op 50 m lopen.

Ik ben in twee kamers verbleven maar beide kamers zijn vrij gehorig. De badkamers zijn zwaar gedateerd en aan een renovatie toe. De douche sproeit horizontaal of je moet de douchekop zelf vasthouden. Schimmelspray is ook geen overbodige luxe.
