Unclean bathroom Brocken soap bottles No hot water

Staffs were helpful and cheerful however the place needs to maintain hygiene,

We didn't have breakfast there so can't comment. Plenty of nice restaurants within walking distance. Location ok and close to lots. Did a lot of walking. Really big but basic room. Tea/coffee making facilities, always handy. The pool looked nice, didn't go in. Good sized bath towels! Always a plus! Fridge. Clean. Guy in the office was always helpful.

On a busy one-way street. Was often noisy at night: locals talking loudly, motor bikes, general traffic. A little run down. No hairdryer and no handwash at basin. Had to ask for bedside tables and coat hangars, which were provided. We were a bit disappointed that security did not tell our next-door neighbours to can the frequent noise 4 out of 6 nights. Never experienced neighbours like that before!! Room not on the ground floor, stairs only. (I'm getting old!) Not sure if there are ground floor rooms, didn't explore the place much.

The staff was friendly and the pool was clean and well maintained.

The staff were friendly and it’s a good location for getting to canggu, water bom Bali and exploring seminyak. It’s cheap.

It’s not like the pictures. The place could really do with an update and the bathroom wasn’t clean. The door into the room from the hall is entirely glass (has a privacy film) but this doesn’t stop the light so the room is very bright. The AC wasn’t good so we were quite hot. Wifi worked intermittently, would go off every few minutes.
