Located on the main road into Charlottville so very easy to locate and makes you feel very much a part of the life of the village but still preserves its tranquility.

We loved the location. I could hear the sea from my bedroom window and sitting on the small terrace we were overlooking the little harbour. Watching the world go by. We liked the facilities. It had everything we needed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Communication was great. The people of Charlotteville seem very friendly. It's a village showcasing the spirit of the Carribean.

The crockery cupboard could do with a little sort through and restock.

The ambiences the location was a lovely getaway. The caretaker was great and the place is lovely.

A Magical Stay in a 1920s Colonial Gem by the Sea If you're looking for a place that captures the essence of timeless elegance, warmth, and charm, look no further. This stunning 1920s colonial house, perfectly preserved and standing proudly in front of the sea, is nothing short of magical. And what can I say about Penny, the incredible owner? She is an absolute angel! Not only did she answer all my questions with kindness and patience, but she also saved me from a major mishap by personally taking my forgotten phone to the port. Her generosity and attentiveness made my stay truly unforgettable. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, especially the ones facing the ocean—those are worth every penny! Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sun set over the sea from your window is simply breathtaking. It’s the kind of view that stays with you forever. The town itself is stunning, with a beauty that captivates at every turn. The locals are some of the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve met, especially the taxi drivers, who go above and beyond. A special shout-out to Dads, who not only drove me to the port but also played a key role in the great phone rescue mission. This is one of those rare places where everything aligns—a magnificent hotel full of charm, a spectacular location, and the warmest people. I cannot recommend it enough!

There is a chandelier hanging over the dining room table. The chandelier is hanging much too low, and directly over one of the dining chairs. As a result, we kept hitting our heads on it whenever we were getting up from the chair over which the chandelier is hanging. A suggestion would be to either raise the chandelier closer to the ceiling, shift the chandelier from directly over the dining chair or rearrange the dining room set.

Loved the terrace right by the sea, waking up and opening the door and have that view is amazing.

The door to the bedroom have shutters that cant be closed, as a result mosquitos come in. I would suggest placing a mosquito net over the shutters to keep m out or a mosquito net over the bed.
