The people was so helpful especially Jae on reception, all of the staff were so helpful during our stay, the room Was stunning we extended our stay a couple of more days as we loved it that much so we was there for 1 week

Nothing wrong with the hotel it didn’t have a ramp to get into the hotel but we used a the staff entrance as my husband Iain a wheelchair and their is a cockerel that woke us up from 5am but I think you get that everywhere but is good to know for some people we didn’t mind it

The staff are lovely and the rooms very comfortable.

The size of the room was great. Location great if don't want to be right in the heart of the action but still close enough to work to it.

Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war al la carte, frisch und lecker. Für unseren frühen Rückflug haben wir sogar ein Essenspaket bekommen. Der Service war super. Wir haben Räder ausgeliehen. Die waren in guter Qualität.

Der Hahn ist echt ein Problem. Keine Nacht durchgeschlafen. Und eine echte Tür zur Toilette wäre sinnvoll.

Super établissement! Un accueil très chaleureux par Mr Pazy, Ms Jane et les cocktails de Kai sont excellents. Hôtel très confortable, on a apprécié l’emplacement qui est excellent. Les chambres donnent sur la piscine et sont très calmes. La déco est vraiment sympa. Le seul petit reproche, c’est le petit dej. On vous propose un menu et les plats en plus sont en supplément. Le menu est très bon mais j’aurais préféré un buffet. Je recommande cet établissement car on s’y sent très bien

Really pleasant hotel and very helpful staff. Good location with ATMs, restaurants and supermarkets only around the corner. Good location for Ankor Wat excursion. Tuc tuc ride required to go to War Museum, Killing Fields of Siem Reap, and Ankor Museum.
