We loved everything at Riversoul. Kai was extremely helpful and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. The hotel design is fantastic. Lobby area is incredibly cool given it's an open space--a real refuge from the heat. Rooms were beautiful and the balcony spacious. Pool area was perfect and not too busy. Jane helped me book a scrub at the hotel spa (which did wonders for my skin). We would stay here again in a heartbeat

Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa. Mr Kai bardzo pomocny i uśmiechnięty, zawsze starał się pomóc. Wyśmienite jedzenie i dobrze urządzone pokoje i czyste. Hotel z duszą ;)

"A Wonderful Hotel with Wonderful Staff"

The location of the hotel was great, but it was the design and the staff that made it a great place to stay. The designers created a wonderful space: rooms are comfortable and spacious, the pool is great, spa service was also excellent. Mr. Kai, as the staff member who checked us in, was particularly great and should be commended. He was professional, accommodating, and very welcoming. We arrived a bit early and he did his level best to immediately help us start to enjoy the hotel's amenities and got us into our room as quickly as he could. When we were checking out and settling up, he was equally helpful. The hotel is lucky to have him. The other staff working with him were also amazing.

"Nice big room, great for a short stay."

Room was nice overlooking the pool. The place next door has a rooster as an alarm clock. But I live on a farm so it really didn't bother me at all. Nice hotel for the price it was a good value.

Wish I could have stayed longer. Not a lot of restaurants close by.

"I would stay again, great value boutique experience, everything I needed was within steps of my pool walkout room."

Super stylish and modern. Staff were great, they arranged drivers and tours. Spa and massage service were the best I experienced in Cambodia. Restaurant was excellent, and very reasonably priced.

Internet could be better in room
