Perfect Location Idyllic 2BR Apartment by Buena Vista

The apartment is very nice, big, clean, close to the sea, with a nice view over the city, situated in a very nice area. Restaurants, terraces, caffes are just around the corner.

Even if the apartment has 2 bathrooms, in one of them the hot water at the shower doesn't work. I've informed the company who manage the apartment, but after a few messages which makes me feel that I'm not understood, I gave up trying to ask them to solve the issue. On the other hand, both bathrooms are smelly, maybe for this reason when we've entered into the apartment it was a high smell of cleaning products, maybe to cover the smell coming from pipes. Be aware, one week before your coming you have to pay a guarantee tax(in our case was 200 euros), which won't be released when you leave the apartment, as it is said ... for us it took 3 weeks to get money back in our account, I wrote them to ask the proof and surprise, the payment has been done exactly in the day I asked the document.

The apartment was centrally located...3 mins away from public transport and the beach. The apartment was modern, neat and perfect for a family. With a mini market 5 mins away and close proximity to restaurants and bars.. it ticked all of our boxes. The staff were sooo friendly and went over and above to help us.

Clean, bright and airy, perfect location for us. Pierre was great - very friendly and helpful.

Cutlery - needs more teaspoons and a sharp knife (or sharpener), freezer door didn’t close properly and one night of heavy rain made water come in the lounge window - puddles on the floor easy dealt with by kitchen roll. Didn’t spoil our stay though.
