We had a great family weekend everything was lovely and central to everything

Comfortable and clean carpeted apartment for family with small children. Awesome outdoor pool area.

A few repairs needed to tapware

I came back to the apartment to find 2 people in the room changing the washing machine ( which doesn’t work properly ) while my wife was asleep and didn’t know. Room lacks water pressure.

Good location and clean place to stay

We were allocated a car space but was not tolled where to park, apparently I parked in someone else spot which the owner was irritated

The location is great, parking is very handy if you have a car.

Was a shame the sauna and indoor pool was out of action. Understand work needs to be done and updates etc, would be great if there was a way to let you know when or before you book. These features are sometimes a deciding factor where to stay and it is disappointing to find out not available only after you arrive.

It was not advertised that some of the key facilities were under maintenance. The key pickup procedure and parking was confusing.

Difficult to collect keys. No email, even on the day we arrived, was sent with lock box number or Pin code. It was raining and we had to wait outside for anyone to help us. Spoke to 3 different people, one let us in pick up bldg just to shelter. Finallly by chance the right person turned up for another reason. Very frustrating. Spoke to owners on site and told them our difficulty as well. Lovely hosts.

Access closer to our stay to pick up keys and absolute clarity on how to uplift the keys without second guessing.

Great location, great view. Two balconies. The pool and cafe were fantastic. Free parking, although finding our spot was tricky. The apartment was large. Good starter pack left in the apartment, toilet paper, hand soap, other toiletries, as well as laundry powder.

We booked through a company, not the motel. When I booked I wasn’t aware that it was extra to have the sofa made up into a bed. I had asked for the sofa to be made when I booked. My first message from the company didn’t include any information about extra for the bed. Two days before, I asked about the bedding. The company informed me that it was $50 a night to have it made, then it was $35 a day. So then we were going to bring bedding and make it up ourselves. They tried to call and message to confirm on the day of booking but we were flying in and couldn’t answer. Bed was made, we agreed to them charging $100 in total. We had to pick up the key from a different location.

A little bit of inconvenience when picking up and returning keys as these were at a different location. We had to wait as the keys were not ready as stated 3:00pm, we had to wat for someone to bring them.
