Crown Tower 25th Floor by Gold Coast Premium

The apartment and the facilities were perfect for our family. Indoor and outdoor pools, onsite cafe and restaurant. So close to the beach and tram. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Unfortunately the Crown towers staff seemed like they were having bad days. Disregard and have an enjoyable stay.

The fact that we could not leave our suitcases on the last day and had to walk in the heat to drop off the bags and then again to pick up also all guest were given by crown towers towels fir the pool but we didn’t I realise the apartment was covered by condor but the same privileges should be given

The location was good. The view was beautiful. Close to everything. The apartment was nice and clean.

The light in the closet was not working. The fridge was not working 100%..

The 25th floor was amazing perfect 360 views, very spacious and clean! facilities were great. Lovely owners we met when leaving.

The only 2 negative things would be there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper and no extra rubbish bags. Also I felt if supplying toiletries like soap etc it should be supplied as more hygienic individual sealed packaging. Also the resort had no bar to have a nice cocktail by the outdoor pool.
