"Great location, good for a cheap holiday"

Nice place, good location, nice outdoor area

Things not working, like the front door we couldn’t shut when we leave the house because they didn’t have a key for it? Didn’t like the attitude of the lady who checked us in, it was like we did something wrong from the start, then blamed us for a missing bin?
