Premesso che è stato un mio errore non considerare che la struttura non avrebbe potuto accettare i cani, lo staff si è stranito al mio arrivo con la mia cagnolina. Ho potuto soggiornare una sola notte (di due pagate) senza nemmeno il rimborso (giustamente non retribuito visto il mancato rispetto delle regole da parte mia). Ma umanamente, bastava chiedere un supplemento per le pulizie e aiutarmi a gestire la situazione. Invece, sono stata trattata con astio e noncuranza, mi è stato detto che se al mattino trovavano dei peli non avrei potuto più dormire lì. Ovviamente, a prescindere, ho trovato un'altra soluzione, senz'altro più gentile! Mai più!

A Very nice place to stay

Apartment looks good and quite clean, but the room carpet was a bit smelly, better keep the windows open.

Check in was a bit complicated. Make sure you ask for the details before arriving, including how to open and close the main door. Otherwise it’s a surprise, and you need to be lucky if other guests happen to be opening/ closing the main door. City tax is charged using a machine, which didn’t give me the change back - make sure you prepare the right amount. Around the apartment is rather empty.

La struttura é di recente ristrutturazione.

Struttura molto moderna e orientata alla domotica, forse anche troppo: dover inserire il PIN ogni volta per accedere alla stanza risulta poco pratico ed il sistema é poco fluido. La porta del bagno, essendo trasparente e poco schermata, crea un certo disagio in termini di privacy. Inoltre, il sensore della luce in bagno è piuttosto scomodo: durante la doccia mi sono ritrovata più volte al buio. L’ambiente risultava eccessivamente umido. Inoltre nella tripla il terzo letto non é un vero e proprio letto… si tratta di una poltrona-letto davvero scomoda!

There is a code on the gate. Before my arrival, it was not explained to me how to enter the facility. I stood on the street for 15 minutes, and then a boy from the street, who knows the person who rents out rooms, helped me. No one informs you about the way to enter the room. You don't even know the room number. You must have internet to send a photo of your ID on WhatsApp. This is not always possible. You have to contact the person on the number, which is on Booking. This is not always possible either. Very complicated. ☝️☝️☝️
