Chatky- ešte sme v takých s deťmi neboli, detský bazénik, detský kútik, milý a ochotný personál- aj vo wellnesse, v restauracii- casnici super, na recepcii…

Slabší výber na večeri, chýbajúce závesy hore v chatke- osvetlenie vonkajšieho svetla z vedľajšej :(

"Krásná dovolená na krásném místě, příjemný personál, vybavení pokoje super. Vše bylo perfektní, každý nám vyšel vstříc."

Musím vyzdvihnout personál, především slečny na recepci a číšníky a číšnice na snídaních a večeřích. Tak milý a ochotný personál jsem v hotelu ještě nezažila. Opravdu nám zpříjemnili pobyt! Wellness skvělé, venkovní sauna je top. Jídlo opravdu výborné, menší výběr, ale naprosto skvěle dochucené a nejlepší dezerty!

Almost all was perfect …

Except for that they have disabled the card half an hour before check out and I locked myself out the building while loading the car

Pracujem v gastre uz 20 rokov a bol som na každej pozícii a najviac ma očaril prístup personálu v reštaurácii ale aj slečna na recepcii a wellnese boli milé a všetko nám vysvetlili. Som vďačný, za každý úsmev, nakoľko v gastre a službách sa to uz vytráca. Je to najmenej, čo môže urobiť personal a pritom je to to najviac. Ďakujeme za krásny zážitok.
