Desde o momento do check-in, fui muito bem recebido, com atendimento cordial, ágil e extremamente profissional. Atenção ao segurança na entrada que foi extremamente gentil na recepção. As instalações são impecáveis, organizados e muito confortáveis. O quarto atendeu plenamente às expectativas, oferecendo tranquilidade e comodidade. Destaco também a qualidade do jantar e do café da manhã. Parabenizo toda a equipe pela atenção aos detalhes e pelo cuidado em garantir o bem-estar dos hóspedes. Certamente recomendarei o hotel e espero retornar em breve.

Registro que a equipe de limpeza foi descuidada com a higienização do quarto, principalmente na área do banheiro/sanitário, que se encontrava molhado. Encontrei uma barata morta. Faltou a reposição das toalhas e tapetes.
