Manor Motel By OYO Near Oak Brook Chicago Westchester

I pictured it to be nicer and better quality motel. The tv in my room didn’t work at first.

The absolute worst experience and waste of my time. I booked the room for 65.53 and went to checkin and the owner demanded 10 more dollars from me which I didn't have so he canceled my room without my consent. I was tired and furious by this point. Then I spend around 2 hours on hold with Hotels.com and y'all reassured me that you had booked another room for me and paid for it. So I go to the Motel 6 in Villa Park and tried to check in and the rude clerk tried to run my card and it declined. Told me to leave the premises S he was making fun of me for being broke. Very humiliating and huge waste of time. Needless to say, I never slept in a room and haven't received a credit for my initial purchase. I'm extremely pissed off. And will be leaving horrible reviews for all people involved.

I had to switch rooms a couple of times. Because the outlet wouldn't work, the TV remote wouldn't work. I did not give my deposit back for a remote. The towels were not the best.

Unexpected fees of 15$US !!! Dirty room and toilet Pillow and bed cover not clean If you zoom in closely to the bed picture there were this black dot that look like insects

Just go somewhere else

I showed up to check in and the front desk asked me for $85 cash. I said I booked and paid through Expedia. He then seemed to get annoyed and said no vacancy. He didn’t speak English very well and just turned me away and sat back down to watch tv behind his bullet proof glass. It was late (3:00am) and Expedia couldn’t book me anywhere else and I slept in my car. Don’t book with this motel.

I had to buy a sheet to put over the bed because it was full of burn marks from Cigarettes and yellow pillows. Room smart like Big cigarette too

Front desk ask me to pay 10 for cleaning room very stinky room nasty and unsafe. A couple was having activity in there car in front of the room door staff didn’t ask them to stop or leave and a man was parking in my window my friend kick his ass

Won't be staying there again. Walls were dirty, especially in the bathroom. No amenities at all. Wanted to charge us for ice. Room was very very small. One wall plug.
