"room quality good but staff attitude zero"

The hotel is quality

The staff from reception to room are awful, they gave me a wrong room to start with. The lock to the bathroom got locked on the outside, called for help, the staff who came to fix it was not helpful at all. They need to train the staff to smile more, they all look unhappy and unwilling to provide any service.
