Secret Walls

Very appealing interior decor. Excellent bathroom. Great place for a morning coffee and pastry nearby. Only complaint is the stairwell being quite steep and awkward with large luggage.

Good location. Both Noord and Central were accessible. Room was clean and tidy as well. The person on the assistance number was also helpful and addressed out concern of room being too warm very promptly.

Was too small given the price. The water from the bathroom was coming in the room. Room was very warm compared to outside temperature. And very inconvenient stairs for hauling luggage.

Decor was lovely.

This is not a hotel nor a bed & breakfast. You get a Key code pass, any number of people can get into the building once you have the code! The wooden stair case and floors have no covering so we hear every footstep ( they ain't dainty I'm telling you),we heard the front door slamming all night, and the residents 'activities'' above our heads, banging, chairs scraping across the floor, up and down the 4 flights of stairs all night! We didn't get a wink of sleep. I complained and got €36 back after spending €256!!!! 🤬

The location was perfect, near metro, supermarket and the places to visit. Bed very good, and the kitchen with coffee and crackers at the basement was a very good surprise.

It is close to everything, which is great about it.

The shower didn’t have enough warm water. There are many stairs. The toilet is outside of the room

The room was large enough for one person. The bed was comfortable for some nights.

The street was very noisy at night. The chair had loose legs. Although it is a relatively newly renovated building the room had its little scratches here and there.

A lovely room, comfortable bed, clean good shower. Had a lovely living room upstairs. Great to be able to leave our luggage when we arrived before we had access to the room

The stairs were quite dark. Had to be a bit cautious with them.
