We had a lovely stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton. The hotel was comfortable and well maintained, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from Qais. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely kind, always making sure we felt welcome and well looked after. Qais went above and beyond to assist us, and his positive attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the wonderful service — we would gladly return and recommend this hotel to others.

I had a truly fantastic day at Doubletree by Hilton at Muscat Qurm, and it exceeded my expectations In every way from the moment I arrived I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism that made me feel instantly at home. The signature Doubletree cookie was a lovely touch. The room was beautifully maintained, spotlessly, cleaned and extremely comfortable the bed ensure the great nights sleep and attention to detail in the room. It was amazingly fantastic.
