The views were fantastic

Poor lighting options in the room and the coffee machine had not been cleaned properly.

Very nice people who also run a small Chinese and American restaurant next door. Sheets were clean Food was fine

Rug was old, room was very worn . Limited lighting. Shabby surroundings.

The location and price was super good!

It was a bit noisy

It was clean and cozy. Lots of towels and a nice bathtub with really hot water. There was a microwave, and the food at the attached restaurant really hit the spot after a long drive (Chinese but with other offerings, too). The rooms were very simple and rustic, but quiet and welcoming. We stayed with a dog in the room and that worked out fine. The mountains and glaciers behind the hotel are breathtaking!!!

It was a little difficult to control the heating. The room got too hot in the night, although the temperatures outside were in the the 30s F. We saw later on that we could have opened the window, but we didn't notice until too late. It didn't seems to be possible to manually control the temperature in the room, but this wasn't a huge problem.

No privacy as I could hear the neighbors clearly,

easy access, friendly staff, comfortable beds

the shower in my room didn't work (but the bath tub did) the restaurant closes at 8pm and doesn't open til 10am
