Convenient location, clean room, plenty of parking

Uncomfortable beds and pillows. The room was too hot and we couldn’t adjust heat.

Everything was nice wirh only a couple of exceptions. See below. I appreciate how clean it was inside, having a dog friendly place to stay, & the fridge & microwave.

The outside parking had a lot of dog poop, liter & cigarette butts. Hard to not step in the poop. Could have a garbage bin & a sign to clean up poop. Not a bid deal this time but I couldn't get warm water for a shower.

There was no heat on when we arrived. I was told there was a portable heater in every room but not in mine. When I asked for my money back so I could go to another motel they said they would turn on the heat for us and get us a portable heater.

The front desk woman was kind and patience. The room was clean and comfortable it self.

However the room's door was broken and wasn't able to close or lock. All there was, was the chain latch. Huge safety issue. The neighbor next door at one point knocked on my door and then attempted to open the door.
