The staff were great

It is so dated! I pulled the small straw and got the last room available 2 times. This room does not have wifi or a TV which is advertised in their booking listing. I was quite disappointed to have this happen was but it actually happened for both stays. Be aware that not all rooms have wifi and TV.

Glacier is an older motel and is quiet and very clean. They are accommodating and very nice to work with. Best pet friendly motel in Haines Jct!!!!

There are no complaints - we loved our stay.

Check in went smoothly except I was given a receipt that belonged to another guest Room was clean but dated. TV did not work, walls were super thin (noisey) and no hot water for shower. Refrig is plugged in to switch by door so wr accidentally turned off..realized and was able to correct. Food at restaurant good and is was convenient to have so close. I would not select this location as a first choice.

It was a good price for a decent room

The bed was hard and the room smelled so much like cigarettes that it was hard to breathe. Also check out says UNTIL 11 am but no one is there til 10.

They have taken a basic hotel and done their best to make it nice. Nice amenities like higher end bathroom items, extra pillows, etc. Very clean.

There was still a residual smell of cigarettes, even though it was a non-smoking room.

Friendly staff. They accepted pets, and put us in an end room.

It was a bit funky smelling.
