"Poor service."

As a seasoned traveller, I cannot give a good assessment of the hotel. There are serious shortcomings when it comes to cleanliness. We took over the room with yellow drips on the toilet seat, and the glasses were also very substandard. Check-in is slow despite advance booking. Parking spaces are in public areas and are limited in number, with the hotel charging extra for its own parking spaces. Which is almost mandatory because of the congested and signposted public space described earlier. As a bonus, they wanted to charge me (drinks ordered from the bar) for consumption that we did not drink/order. This was poor in this form.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, was heute leider keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr ist. Die Lage ist ganz gut: 20 min zu Fuß zur Messe, 20 min zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Das Frühstück hatte viel Auswahl, hervorzuheben der ausgezeichnete Orangensaft und die Eierspeise, die nicht - wie so oft - "totgebraten" war. Das Zimmer war großzügig und sauber. Pluspunkt ist auch die Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine und der Wasserkocher im Zimmer.

Die Sitzmöbel in der Bar, in der auch das Frühstück stattfindet, sind alle sehr stylisch, aber auch sehr unbequem; allenfalls für einen Verhörraum bei der Polizei tauglich. Bei der Regendusche im Zimmer kam kaum Wasser aus den Düsen, dafür von überall sonst; sie war schlicht defekt und nicht repariert. Die "amerikanische" Decke im Doppelbett (1 große Decke, anstatt 2 normalen Decken) ist für Österreicher "gewöhnungsbedürftig".

"Enttäuschend und viel zu teuer !"

Wir hätten uns mehr erwartet, wir waren sehr enttäuscht - nicht mal auf Nachfrage wurde der Lachs aufgefüllt und die Rühreier waren lauwarm und ein Bampf

Auch dass es zum Frühstück keinen Prosecco gab und dieser sogar Abends an der Hotelbar aus ging…

The staff was not helpful or professional. We reported a technical issue in the room, but the staff reacted sarcastically, mocked what I said, and even laughed at me. The room was definitely not clean — there was dust everywhere. We were given the room late with the explanation that it was being cleaned, but there was absolutely no sign that any cleaning had been done. I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels, but I have never experienced anything like this before. The customer service at this hotel is extremely poor, and the cleanliness standards are unacceptable. Additionally, at check-in they charged us a €50 authorization fee without providing any receipt and told us the money would be returned within a few days, advising us to contact the bank if needed. It has now been over a month, and the bank confirms that no refund or reversal has been initiated. Instead of resolving the issue, the hotel dismisses guests with false promises. This behavior feels dishonest and completely unacceptable.
