Cozy and cleans. This home is absolutely gorgeous, very spacious elegantly decorated. Easy check in and check out.

Beautiful room. Lovely building. A lot to enjoy. Only draw back is breakfast was very minimal.

The room we stayed in was very clean. The shower was not working properly and could not be repaired during our short stay. We had to walk across the hall and use the empty rooms shower.....very inconvenient. The robes provided were the size that a child would wear...bring your own. The in room coffee was wonderful and very tasty.The fireplace was very nice and cozy. The bed was very comfortable.It was advertised as a B&B...it was not. Breakfast was not prepared or served. Trumansburg was a nice little town. Many shops and restaurants were within walking distance.

This stay was wonderful! Very clean, luxurious linens lovely decor.

Beautiful estate. Decor amazing. No staff around except when checking out otherwise nobody the whole weekend. Thankful for internet no other way to watch the news no tv in the building. Beds

My wife and I loved our 2 night stay in our spacious 3 room suite. Beautiful period decorated with a modern bathroom. A truly wonderful place to stay in a small upstate town with wonderful restaurants. Everything was planned for us with detail however we never met the live in owner which would have been nice since we had many questions about the history of the property. The last concern was that in the property description it described a what seemed to be a specially prepared breakfast which it wasn’t, instead it was granola , serial and yogurt and no coffee. However I would definitely return for a visit and highly recommend this hidden jewel.

Pictures online are deceiving and staff is polite but relay requests to owner which doesn't improve anything. No fresh fruit or muffins at breakfast and large jetted tub required a large step down into it without any handrails or grab bars. Also as with many older homes, there were few outlets were not located near bedside tables. The air conditioning window unit was very noisy.

Wonderful property - we had a massive room with a claw foot tub and rainfall shower. No TVs but we did not need one. Bed was very comfortable.

The property is beautiful and the people who run this are fantastic If you call the property directly you can get a much cheaper rate.
