It was very nice, complimentarycookies in the room were a nice plus. Main entrance was a little tricky to find but we were lucky to come early enough that there was a clerk to help. Area felt a little unsafe, but we are unfamiliar with the area and got in at 830 pm so maybe in the daytime it would have felt different. Parking wasnt a huge distance or problem but it was paid parking so that does add to the cost. Would stay again though if in the area!

Clean studio apartment hotel close to UAB Hospital and the downtown. Similar to Citypop in Europe. I would stay there again.

Overall, great stay. The only issue is parking. Its not secure, and you have to go to a parking deck, that's quite a walking distance. But overall, a nice experience.

I love the Mint House! My only critique is the same one-PARKING. Other than that, it will always be a consideration when traveling to Birmingham.

Good property that is staffed. Free parking after 5 around the location or use the parking garage behind the property across from Wells Fargo. Tesla’s available to rent thru Envoy app. Above standard extended stay property that life goes on around you.
