The property looked really nice

La estufa NO tenia gas... Las ventanas NO tenian (blackout) curtains... El balcon no podiamos cerrarlo, NO tenia lock.... El blender no trabaja...

It was very roomy. Well distribution of rooms.

We rented for 2 nights. Location: It was next to a factory. The noise of the plant generator is on 24/ 7. The entrance to the property was the curbside and a dirt entrance toward the hotel gate. We were greeted by the keeper at the front door, and there was no lobby. She switched the room to the 1st floor because my husband had a moon boot. That was very nice of her. When she opened the door, we were greeted by at least 6-7 flies. She later provided an air freashner to get rid of them. Of course, the apartment smelled great with the flies still in it. The apartment had 2 separate patio doors, and both had broken latches. So the patio doors didn't lock, which one was the entrance to the apartment and the other to the master bedroom. When it was shown to the keeper, she said we have cameras and I'm here all the time. Honestly, that was not reassuring. As I reviewed the apartment, one of the cabinets' glass was broken, I also pointed that out to her, and she said, "Don't worry about it. We are aware that it is broken. " When I wanted to go to the master bathroom, there was a lizard in the shower area, scary. I informed the keeper, and she said it was because of the construction at the factory. They indicated that they provide toiletries, its not true. When I asked the keeper, she said, "They provide toilet paper and towels and a small soap." That is not what is advertised. The cooking pot selection was few. They had lids, but the lids had no handles. Basically, it is useless. There is no microwave nor airfrier. We had to use whatever was available. The supermarket was very limited on the selection of products that were available. Bring your own grocery. The next day, one of the tubs was clogged. We informed the keeper, and she claimed they have no maintenance person, but they are looking for someone. Luckily, there were 2 other bathrooms functioning in the apartment. The air-condition is only in the bedrooms.
