Bokatrip Xochimilco

We had an amazing excellent stay at Bokatrip Oaxaca. Our host was very helpful and provided wonderful suggestions about restaurants and events in Oaxaca city and region as well as arranging our airport transportation. Highly recommended.

Bokatrip Xochimilco suggested several tours and helped organize them seamlessly. They were always quick to respond to my questions, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable, the online staff was readily available, and the location was excellent.

The location is good and the house is big. The room is honestly not the biggest and there is ZERO noise suppression, the walls are very very thin. Keep in mind that the main targets are couple, so get ready to have quite funny and **noisy** moment at certain hours of the day!! Not the best if you are a reserved couple, if you know what i mean ahaha Anyways, beautiful house, beautiful location, would recommend. Don’t forget that the kitchen and living room is in a shared place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful house in Oaxaca, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by how charming and beautiful the home was. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood Xochimilco , the house offered the perfect blend of comfort and authenticity. The room interior was enough,decorated with traditional humble Oaxacan artwork, aThe shared kitchen was fully equipped, which made easy if you needed silk Tajin for your margaritas or a shared mini fridge to store your cornas or modelos cervezas , and shared the living room had a cozy atmosphere that made it easy to wait there if you have an early arrival prior your room is ready. The highlight of my stay was the outdoor balcony of our room , which provided the perfect spot for enjoying a glass of mezcal in the evening while watching the sunset. The house is cute and was well-maintained thanks to Carlo his wife who were to die for and added a lovely touch of stay in Oaxaca Location-wise, this house was ideal — just a short walk to Oaxaca's historic center, where you can explore the vibrant markets, taste the delicious local cuisine, and immerse yourself in the city's rich culture. At the same time, it was tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet, providing the perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available to offer recommendations and ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I truly felt like I was staying in a home away from home. If you're looking for a place to stay in Oaxaca, this house is an absolute gem! It combines traditional charm with modern comforts and offers the perfect base for exploring the beautiful region. I can't wait to come back! Good location. Very clean.

The host was amazing. Making sure our stay was always confortable and answering all our questions. Bed size for me and my partner was perfect. Walking. around visiting nice locations and coming back was great. The temperature was very cool and we didn't have to make use of the fan during our stay.

All in all it was a great experience. I would probably change the heating water source or find ways to bring hot water faster rather than wasting that much water to finally have it warm and then fiddling to keep the temperature in place.
