Nagyon jó volt az étteremben a kiszolgálás és finom volt az étel 🙏

A szobába nem volt melegvíz amikor szóltunk az volt a válasz hogy intézkedtek folyatni kell őt percig, hát folyattuk mi egy órán át de sajnos így is hidegvizzel kellett a gyereknek zuhanyozni..A legalsó szinten kaptunk szobát hajnal négykor keltünk indultunk Szafarira de szinte semmit nem tudunk aludni mert valaki félóránként csapkodta az ajtókat a folyosón és hangosan kiabált.A medence miatt esett erre a szállodàra a valasztàsunk ami le volt zárva mert bele volt rohadva a víz 😭😭😭😭

Nous avons été surclassé dans un appartement au lieu d'une chambre double ce qui nous a permis d'avoir une expérience plus premium très agréable. La TV fonctionne bien, le wifi aussi et le personnel est très agréable. Le standing de l'hôtel correspond aux images.

Notre fenêtre donnait directement sur des quartiers très défavorisés ce qui était assez spécial...

Everything was well organised and the hospitality kindness we loved salma and maria thanks for everything

Staff was very polite and received excellent service and communication on anything that was needed.

The property was very clean and the staff were so nice and always help us quick whenever we ask something.

Actually everything in the property was good, we just had a little problem with the master bedroom tap that was not functioning well but it was fixed the next day when we reported.

Kein gutes Frühstück, musste um alles betteln. Kaffee war aus Milch und sonst nix.

The hotel is nice and clean, comparable to European hotels. The staff friendly. Security available 24x7 (no problem leaving middle of the night because of a flight). Room cleaning was done in a very good way. Breakfast was good. Little fitness room is well equipped. Kids loved the pool.

You should be aware about 2 things: - dinner took ages. We waited for 3 meals (fries, pasta, mini wraps) 1,5hrs, then we left because kids could not wait any longer. It had been delivered than after 2hrs in total to our room. A 2nd try 2 days later with pancakes only (plain, with Nutella separately) took 40mins and 2x asking. Chef asked about Nutella right after ordering, this is what confused me most: he was present, not sure what happened during this time.. In both cases, no other guests around. - it was our last night and I had no TZS left anymore. So I wanted to tip either with card (not possible) or with USD (not possible to organize change), both a bit surprisingly for this hotel since getting dollar change was even possible in the middle of nowhere in Mikumi.
