We ve been coming to dar for fifteen years Stayed regularly at Serena, good hotel but blaackwood was exceptional i think quality of build and decor beats the Serena and Kilimanjaro hands down

Cleaning staff wonderful But need a little bit more eye for detail Scruffs on walls should be wiped, bleach should be applied to any areas of mould, left for twenty minutes and then wiped

Clean and good

The check in time and the hotel refuses to check in early, hence, I had to pay extra for early check in.

I liked everything about the hotel but was really neat. Had a fine smell from the reception. The Staff are so amazing. Very helpful with carrying my luggage etc

To be honest nothing

Excellent finishing, elegant.

The airco in B04 would suddenly indicate an error E02 and stop working
