The hotel is located in the city, on a main road, making it easy to explore the city . There are delicious restaurants nearby and cafes close . We liked the breakfast; although the selection wasn't extensive, it looked appetizing. The female staff member was very welcoming.

We had large suitcases and had to carry them up ourselves; no staff helped us. However, our local guide assisted us. I think they should provide bottled water; there were only 2 water glasses and 2 coffee cups, but they should have provided four of each since it was a room for 4 people.The Wi-Fi signal is not very good.

Located in the center of town. Walking distance to everything .

Open staircase allows all noises coming from the lobby to rooms at 2nd floor.

Отель расположен в самом центре, вокруг очень красивые виды и из окна тоже, рядом есть магазины, кафе и рестораны и все экскурсии по горам уезжают прямо за углом от отеля, в целом чистенько и уютно, хотя отельчик уже уставший (запах из туалета, плохо функционирует сантехника).

Завтраки очень грустные, в первый день мы позавтракали при отеле, но на следующий день ушли завтракать в кафе, так как вообще не поняли что есть.

good location, views around the hotel

The Wi-Fi is not working on the 3rd floor, so I have to go downstairs to the reception area every time I need to send an email. The room was not cleaned. The receptionist said that we needed to request cleaning by hanging a special sign on the door. Unfortunately, there was no such sign in our room. In the end, they only changed the towels and nothing else. The plumbing is in very poor condition (see the attached photos). The shower holder is broken, and the shower sprays water in all directions. There is no kettle or tea in the room. There were no coffee beans available at breakfast. I asked about it, and fortunately, coffee beans were provided the following day. It is better to go to breakfast shortly after it opens; otherwise, you may find many serving plates empty. Stayed hungry at the first day.

The hotel is in the city center and very close to everywhere and everything. It is quiet, the beds are comfortable, and the atmosphere is lovely. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Thank you for everything
