I travelled to Bangalore for work. They give me a room in which room's door lock was not working. I requested them for another room to which they said they don't have any vacant room. For a girl staying alone in hotel with no lock in the main door's room, is it justified? When I checked out they change my category to another one saying guest didn't turn up. I hope this doesn't happen with someone else

The hotel as such is okay with basic amenities .

The locality is unhygienic, same breakfast everyday

Breakfast average but acceptable. Location disadvantage because of scrap shop nearby with constant noise pollution. There's no parking space.

Scrap metal shop just next to hotel. There's no parking space available. Only one car can be parked.everyday you need to call the staff to ask for water bottle and tea bags etc otherwise they are not providing.

I liked the intercom service and adjustability of the staff. The breakfast was fine in taste. The room was spacious

The hygiene was a major problem. From the smell in lift to unclean bedroom, and less clean breakfast area. The variety for breakfast was low. The location too was also not so pleasant.

The rooms were compact and the restrooms were well maintained
