Czysto, schludnie, bardzo dobre śniadanie. Obsługa bez zarzutu.

Dostałem pkój na poddaszu, więc wieczorem gorąco. Wifi tylko na 1 piętrze. W pokoju, który dostałem brak.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße Parkplätze sind vorhanden auch Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Die Zimmer waren sauber und es wurde ein gutes Frühstück angeboten. Auch besteht die Möglichkeit am Abend im Restaurant zu zu essen. Wir würden das Hotel auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht

Rechnungspreis stimmte nicht mit Bookingcompreis überein. Das Zimmer roch nach Rauch , Haarföhn war defekt, Wlan und Fernseher funktionierten nicht

Wir sind Biker uns hat der Preis gefallen. Das Personal war nett.

Die Handtücher waren sehr dünn, vom Frottee nichts mehr da. Leider auch ausgefranzt. Also ein paar neue Handtücher sind wirklich notwendig. Wir haben im Nebengebäude geschlafen. Die Sitzgelegenheiten sind nicht für alle Gäste möglich, es fehlt auch ein Hausmeister der die Treppen, sowie den Außenbereich sauber hält.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung

Ich habe ein economy Doppelzimmer gebucht und ein Einzelzimmer bekommen. Kein Personal beim Check In . Es lagen nur mehrere Umschläge mit den Namen der Anreisenden und den Schlüsseln im Vorraum. Man konnte mit niemandem reden weil niemand da war Keine Wegweiser zu den Zimmern. Rezeption am morgen war auch nicht besetzt. Um zu bezahlen und eine Rechnung zu bekommen, musste ich zunächst einmal Personal suchen. Die Köchin, die weder der deutschen Sprache mächtig war, noch die Hotel-Software flüssig bedienen konnte ( ist ja auch nicht Ihre Aufgabe), hat sich bemüht den Check Out durchzuführen. Eine Firmenrechnug hat sie allerdings nicht ausstellen können. Per Mail hat man mir auch keine zugesendet

Schönes ruhiges Hotel,das Personal war sehr freundlich,fleißig, absolut empfehlenswert,Zimmer sauber und ordentlich

Bei der Abrechnung wurde für die ganze Gruppe ( 15 Personen ) der Booking Rabatt vergessen, erst nach Nachfragen wurde er erstattet,war etwas kompliziert und hat lange gedauert da einige schon bezahlt hatten
