Maybe the designated parking spaces in the garage 5mins walk down the hill should be included. We arrived 7pm Sunday and left 10am Tuesday but charged 3 full days parking

Staff helpful, room beautiful, great location! Everything perfect but just be aware it’s an extra cost to use spa facilities <3

The staff was courteous and helpful (my husband sprained his ankle and they assisted with luggage and medical support). Excellent buffet breakfast (lots of vegan offerings). We really enjoyed pur stay!

Property owner responsive and kind. Was able to leave luggage before check in so we could explore town. Extremely clean room with modern washroom. Breakfast extremely varied with so much to choose from. Liked staying here above Taormina as it was a cute quiet village. Many shops and restaurants to enjoy. Bus from Taormina was only 1.65 each way. It took about 10 min to get to Taormina. You can buy tickets from bus driver or tourist info shop. You can see bus stop from hotel. You can also walk to Taormina on a rugged path which takes about 20 minutes to arrive in town. Path is off highway which keeps you safe from traffic.

The location was great in the heart of Castelmola. Our host was very helpful when we checked in and room was clean and comfortable.

We were given a room right cross from the front desk in the entry. Could hear people checking in and coming and going so felt like there was no privacy. In the evening when guests returned it felt like they were coming in our room they were so close. I’m sure if you had one of the upstairs rooms it would be better but don’t stay in the downstairs room.

Everything, the staff the room, the spa , the breakfast , we had an exceptional stay in this beautiful place.

Nothing , although the bed could have been a little more forgiving, but that seems the way in sicily, just a suggestion but coffee as well as tea in the room would be nice .
