The private Pacaya tour we booked through them went well and we enjoyed it a lot Pros: Comfy bed & quiet AC (however it’s a window unit) Cute interior & terrace Good breakfast (Lionel gave us great service on our second day!) Drinking water available in the lobby

There are both pros and cons of the hotel, but I think overall we left feeling negatively about it due to the service and would not return. We booked round trip transportation and a private tour with them with Kelyn and then confirmed later with Moises 2 weeks prior, and then the night before the transportation. The transportation picking us up from Guatemala City never arrived. When we called them when the car was 10 mins late, they said “sorry the car is late it’s on the way”. When it was 30 minutes late, we called again and they said “no you didn’t book a car for now. The driver is busy”. We have to book an uber to go. In addition, they mentioned they were sending a Kia Sport, which only seats 5 people. We were a group of 5, so us plus the driver wouldn’t have been able to fit in the car anyway. When we arrived, they verbally apologized, but didn’t do anything else to compensate us. To take matters worse, I spoke in person and tried to confirm over writing the next day about our transport back to Guatemala City on checkout day. Again asking for transport for 5 people, but they gave us the price for a Kia Sport that would not fit all 5 of us. Later talking to them they said “yes you asked for 5 people and I told you this price but 5 people won’t fit in the car so you should upgrade to a can that’s triple the price”. At that point I was completely done with the service and asked to cancel everything and we booked and uber. Moises in particular seemed like he didn’t care at all about genuinely proving a good experience, just going through the motions. The piping in the bathroom must have been bad in room 2, because the bathrooms smelled like sewer gasses. They tried to tell us that the bad smell was the disinfectant they used to clean it (total bs) Hairdryer didn’t work well Room is on the smaller size, but not unreasonably small

Muy céntrico y muy buen desayuno. El hotel muy bonito y cuidado. Muy limpio. La cama muy cómoda. Las almohadas deli. Perfecto! El personal muy amable y atento! Me encantó !
