USWe had 3 nights in Nairobi upon our arrival. I moved to Hermosa after one night in a lesser hotel. Bookings.com offered a very competitive rate. What a blessing! This staff are friendly, helpful & professional, the facilities immaculate and comfortable and very good food & beverage. We are back in Nairobi for 2 nights after our safari before heading to Victoria Falls, we cancelled the hotel we had previously booked and changed again to Hermosa. Also had a great massage!
It is a little remote, but worth the drive.

CABeautiful hotel! Grand staircase and lobby. Rooms very large and comfortable. Large bathroom beautifully appointed - even a weigh scale. Turn down service- haven’t see that in years! Judith did a wonderful job on our room with extra decorative touch with our bed spread! Spent two lovely days relaxing around the lovely pool. A nice quiet time after a busy holiday season. Very nice breakfast choices. Great coffee.Lovely staff- special thanks to Joram for wonderful service. And Catherine and Collin’s. Spa and gym on site. Had a lovely dinner with family around the pool - complete with chimea fire.
