I liked that I can have coffee in the morning and that is very quiet.

Aside for the last day that I was still in bed and there were technicians trying to break the wall from outside right where I was sleeping, but I guess it was just a mistake of timing.

Very clean and quiet area, close to a nain route but 3ish blocks in so you hear no noise. Close to the best donut shop ever. Duffin's donuts.
