Localização adequada para acessar caminhando o centrinho, mas para idosos e pessoas com restrições de mobilidade nao eh um local adequado. Precisará se mover por carro. Hall de entrada aconchegante para relaxar. Lareira a gas no hall. Camas e lençóis confortáveis. Cafe da manha honesto e feito com zelo. Arejada e ensolarada. Alguns quartos com vista.

Quartos nao tem lareira somente aquecedor a oleo. Quarto para 3 pessoas eh apertado. Instalacoes do banheiro falta reparos. Teto box descascando, agua do chuveiro com baixa pressao, chuveiro barulhento e se ouve o chuveiro do vizinho, piso entrada banheiro bastante danificado assim como porta/batente pela humidade. Faltou zelo e cuidado e transmiti sensação de desleixo. Facil de arrumar e trara uma experiência muito melhor. Nao eh adequada para crianças pois nao tem area de lazer / recreação. Eh para dormir, descansar e passear. Quartos sem sacadas e janelas pequenas.
